Funding Projects
African Ball
The premier annual fundraiser held in Atlanta on the Saturday leading to Labor Day. We appreciate the support of our patrons in the United States and beyond, for attending this event.
Save the Date – the African Ball is held each year on the first Saturday (Labor Day Weekend) in September. The Ball is our signature event drawing people from all over the United States. We serve exquisite African cuisine, provide beverages of a wide selection, and dance to great music. The highlight of this event is the crowning of the African King and Queen.
Thanksgiving
An annual service on the first Sunday in October at a United Methodist Church in Atlanta in thanksgiving to God for our country and school. It is the culmination of our year’s work, communion, and commencement of the New Year.
We are grateful to our patrons, families, and friends for attending our annual thanksgiving service in support of our mission.
